A healthy immune system protects us by first creating a barrier that stops those invaders, or antigens, from entering the body. And if one slips by the barrier, the immune system produces white blood cells, and other chemicals and proteins that attack and destroy these foreign substances.

Do you seem to catch cold after cold, while your friends sail through winter unscathed? Maybe you need to think about strengthening your immune system.
You may pay more attention to the health of your immune system during the winter, when colds and flu surround you. But the truth is, your immune system has to work hard all through the year, whether it’s offering protection from a flu virus or an infection that could happen any time.

“We are endowed with a great immune system that has been designed evolutionarily to keep us healthy,” says Bruce Polsky, MD, interim chairman department of medicine and chief division of infectious disease at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center in New York City.

How the Immune System Works

The immune system is your body’s natural defense system. It’s an intricate network of cells, tissues, and organs that band together to defend your body against invaders. Those invaders can include bacteria, viruses, parasites, even a fungus, all with the potential to make us sick. They are everywhere – in our homes, offices, and backyards. A healthy immune system protects us by first creating a barrier that stops those invaders, or antigens, from entering the body. And if one slips by the barrier, the immune system produces white blood cells, and other chemicals and proteins that attack and destroy these foreign substances. They try to find the antigen and get rid of it before it can reproduce. Failing that, the immune system revs up even more to destroy the invaders as they multiply.
The immune system can recognize millions of different antigens. And it can produce what it needs to eradicate nearly all of them. When it’s working properly, this elaborate defense system can keep health problems ranging from cancer to the common cold at bay.

When the Immune System Breaks Down
Sometimes the immune system makes a mistake and identifies a substance as being harmful when it’s not – think pollen or pet dander. When the immune system revs up to fight these “invaders,” you have an allergic reaction.
Nor can your body fight off every invader. Despite its marvels, the immune system does break down from time to time, says Polsky. “There are diseases that we have no control over, but lifestyle aspects are very, very important,” he tells WebMD.
Not eating healthily, being sedentary, not getting enough sleep, and being under chronic stress can all contribute to a weak immune system. When your immune system is depleted, bacteria, viruses, or toxins can overwhelm the body. The result? You get sick.

Building Healthy Immunity
There’s no single pill or supplement you can take to boost your immune system. Instead, adopting these healthy living habits can help improve your immunity for a lifetime.
Go for a walk: Sitting around not only can leave you feeling sluggish, it also can make your immune system sluggish. Exercise, on the other hand, helps boost immunity.
“We know exercise is good for immune function,” says Polsky. The good news, he says, is that you don’t need elaborate exercise programs and personal trainers. “Even fast walking – getting your heart rate up for 20 minutes three times a week -- is associated with increased immune function,” Polsky tells WebMD.

Researchers aren’t sure exactly how exercise helps strengthen the immune system. Studies show that people who exercise have better-functioning white blood cells (the ones that help fight off infection) than people who don’t exercise.
Also, exercise is associated with the release of endorphins. “These are natural hormones that affect the brain in positive ways,” Polsky says. They ease pain and promote a sense of relaxation and well-being – all of which can help you de-stress and sleep better, which in turn improve immunity.
Eat a healthy diet: Proper nutrition is essential for your immune system to work well. A diet high in empty calories not only leads to weight gain, but it can leave you more prone to infections. Plus, being overweight is associated with a number of health problems that can also drag your immune system down.
“When the immune system is down, you want to avoid things like alcohol and sugar, especially because microbes love sugar,” says Stephen Sinatra, MD, a certified nutrition specialist and assistant clinical professor of medicine at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine.

A diet rich in antioxidant vitamins, on the other hand, can boost resistance to infection. Think about eating in color: dark green, red, yellow, and orange fruits and veggies are packed with antioxidants. Try berries, citrus fruits, kiwi, apples, red grapes, kale, onions, spinach, sweet potatoes, and carrots.
Other immune-boosting foods include fresh garlic, which may have antiviral and antibiotic properties, and old-fashioned chicken soup. Studies show that, if you do come down with a cold or the flu, a bowl of steaming chicken soup can ease inflammation and help you get well faster.
And mushrooms such as reichi, maitake, and shiitake may have a strong influence on immune function as well as enhance the production of chemicals that help your body respond to infection.

Get enough sleep: Regular bouts with insomnia may not only leave you feeling fatigued during the day, but also leave you vulnerable to illnesses, including colds, flu, and other infections. Long term, poor sleep also has been shown to increase the risk of other health problems, including obesity and diabetes.

The body uses sleep as a means of healing itself, says Scott Berliner, president and supervising pharmacist at Life Science Pharmacy in New York. When we don’t get enough sleep – or reach the deeper stages of sleep – healing is impaired.

It’s hard to measure exactly sleep’s protective effect on the immune system, and researchers don’t know precisely how sleep improves immunity. Like antioxidants, sleep may help reduce oxidative stress, which then stops cells from being weakened and harmed. But “clearly, sleep – at least seven hours a night – is associated with increased resistance to infectious diseases,” says Polsky.
Practice stress management: When your body is under constant stress, you’re more vulnerable to everything from the common cold to major diseases.
“Stress from time to time is not necessarily a bad thing. But to not have relief from the stress -- to be under constant stress -- is deleterious to health,” says Polsky. That’s because a steady cascade of stress hormones, such as cortisol and adrenaline, weaken the immune system.

Chronic stress is linked to heart disease and hypertension, and it can also have an effect on white blood cell function, Polsky says.
“When I speak to people about lifestyle changes, I look at what they can do to manage their stress, whether it be meditating – maybe exercise is their form of meditation – whether it be spirituality of a religious nature. It really doesn’t matter,” says Berliner.

Don’t abuse alcohol or use recreational drugs: Drinking a moderate amount of alcohol appears to have some health benefits, such as lowering your risk of heart disease. What’s “moderate?” No more than two drinks a day for a man, or one drink for a woman. But drinking too much alcohol can inhibit the function of white blood cells and lower your resistance to infection, says Polsky. Using recreational drugs, including marijuana, has the same effect on white blood cells, weakening your immune system.

Strengthen relationships: Research shows that people with close friendships and strong support systems tend to be healthier than those who lack such supports.

A good sexual relationship may provide even more immune system benefits. A study of college students found those who had sex once or twice a week had higher levels of an immune system protein called immunoglobulin A (IgA) than those who had less sex. Sex may also help immunity by reducing stress and improving sleep.“I tell people to get good love in their lives -- good support, good friendships, however they need to get that love,” says Berliner. Good relationships, along with a healthy diet, regular exercise, and adequate sleep, are part of a holistic approach to boosting the immune system and protecting yourself from disease. “And to treat any problem holistically, there is no one-pill approach,” Berliner says

Is Protocol-Driven COVID-19 Ventilation Doing More Harm Than Good?

Physicians in the COVID-19 trenches are beginning to question whether standard respiratory therapy protocols for Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS) are the best approach for treating patients with COVID-19 pneumonia.  

At issue is the standard use of ventilators for a virus whose presentation has not followed the standard for ARDS, but is looking more like high-altitude pulmonary edema (HAPE) in some patients. 

In a letter to the editor published in the American Journal of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine on March 30, and in an editorial accepted for publication in Intensive Care Medicine, Luciano Gattinoni, MD, of the Medical University of Göttingen in Germany, and his colleagues make the case that protocol-driven ventilator use for patients with COVID-19 could be doing more harm than good. 

Dr. Gattinoni noted that COVID-19 patients in intensive care units in northern Italy had an atypical ARDS presentation with severe hypoxemia and well-preserved lung gas volume. He and his colleagues suggested that instead of high positive end-expiratory pressure (PEEP), physicians should consider the lowest possible PEEP and gentle ventilation-practicing patience to "buy time with minimum additional damage."

Similar observations were made by Cameron Kyle-Sidell, MD, a critical care physician working in New York City, who has been speaking out about this issue on Twitter and who shared his own experiences in this video interview with WebMD chief medical officer John Whyte, MD. 

The bottom line, as Dr. Kyle-Sidell and Dr. Gattinoni agree, is that protocol-driven ventilator use may be causing lung injury in COVID-19 patients.

Consider Disease Phenotype
In the editorial, Dr. Gattinoni and his colleagues explained further that ventilator settings should be based on physiological findings — with different respiratory treatment based on disease phenotype rather than using standard protocols.
"This, of course, is a conceptual model, but based on the observations we have this far, I don't know of any model which is better," he said in an interview.
Anecdotal evidence is increasingly demonstrating that this proposed physiological approach is associated with much lower mortality rates among COVID-19 patients, he said. 

While not willing to name the hospitals at this time, he said that one center in Europe has had a 0% mortality rate among COVID-19 patients in the intensive care unit when using this approach, compared with a 60% mortality rate at a nearby hospital using a protocol-driven approach.

For the first time, scientists have tried to edit a gene inside a person’s body, in an effort to cure disease

On Monday, 44-year-old Brian Madeux – who has a metabolic disease called Hunter syndrome – received billions of copies of a corrective gene through an IV, along with a tool to cut his DNA in the relevant location.

If the treatment is successful, it could give a major boost to the fledgling field of gene therapy. Prior to this, scientists have altered cells in the lab that are then returned to patients, but never before has it been attempted in someone’s body.

There also are gene therapies that don't involve editing DNA.

But these methods can only be used for a few types of diseases, and some give results that may not last or could cause a new problem like cancer.

This time, the gene tinkering is happening in a precise way inside the body. It's like sending a mini surgeon along to place the new gene in exactly the right location.


We cut your DNA, open it up, insert a gene, stitch it back up. Invisible mending," said Dr Sandy Macrae, president of Sangamo Therapeutics, the California company testing this strategy for two metabolic diseases and haemophilia. "It becomes part of your DNA and is there for the rest of your life."

That also means there's no going back, no way to erase any mistakes the editing might cause.


You're really toying with Mother Nature," said one independent expert, Dr Eric Topol of the Scripps Translational Science Institute in San Diego, adding that the risks can't be fully known, but the studies should move forward because these are incurable diseases,

"It's kind of humbling," said Mr Madeux. "I'm willing to take that risk. Hopefully it will help me and other people."


Protections are in place to help ensure safety, and animal tests were very encouraging, said Dr Howard Kaufman, a Boston scientist on the National Institutes of Health panel that approved the studies.

He said gene editing's promise is too great to ignore. "So far there's been no evidence that this is going to be dangerous," he said. "Now is not the time to get scared."

Fewer than 10,000 people worldwide have these metabolic diseases, partly because many die very young. Those with Mr Madeux's condition, Hunter syndrome, lack a gene that makes an enzyme that breaks down certain carbohydrates. These build up in cells and cause havoc throughout the body.

Patients may have frequent colds and ear infections, distorted facial features, hearing loss, heart problems, breathing trouble, skin and eye problems, bone and joint flaws, bowel issues and brain and thinking problems.

"Many are in wheelchairs ... dependent on their parents until they die," said Dr Chester Whitley, a University of Minnesota genetics expert who plans to enroll patients in the studies.

Weekly IV doses of the missing enzyme can ease some symptoms, but cost $100,000 to $400,000 a year and don't prevent brain damage.

Mr Madeux, who now lives near Phoenix is engaged to a nurse, Marcie Humphrey, who he met 15 years ago in a study that tested this enzyme therapy at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital Oakland, where the gene editing experiment took place.

He has had 26 operations for hernias, bunions, bones pinching his spinal column, and ear, eye and gall bladder problems.

"It seems like I had a surgery every other year of my life," Mr Madeux said. Last year he nearly died from a bronchitis and pneumonia attack. The disease had warped his airway.

"I was drowning in my secretions, I couldn't cough it out," he said.

Mr Madeux has a chef's degree and was part owner of two restaurants in Utah, cooking for US ski teams and celebrities, but now can't work in a kitchen or ride horses as he used to.

Gene editing won't fix damage he's already suffered, but he hopes it will stop the need for weekly enzyme treatments.

Initial studies will involve up to 30 adults to test safety, but the ultimate goal is to treat children very young, before much damage occurs.

A gene-editing tool called CRISPR has gotten a lot of recent attention, but this study used a different one called zinc finger nucleases. They're like molecular scissors that seek and cut a specific piece of DNA.

The therapy has three parts: The new gene and two zinc finger proteins. DNA instructions for each part are placed in a virus that's been altered to not cause infection but to ferry them into cells. Billions of copies of these are given through a vein.

They travel to the liver, where cells use the instructions to make the zinc fingers and prepare the corrective gene. The fingers cut the DNA, allowing the new gene to slip in. The new gene then directs the cell to make the enzyme the patient lacked.

Only 1 per cent of liver cells would have to be corrected to successfully treat the disease, said Mr Madeux's physician and study leader, Dr Paul Harmatz at the Oakland hospital.

"How bulletproof is the technology? We're just learning," but safety tests have been very good, said Dr Carl June, a University of Pennsylvania scientist who has done other gene therapy work but was not involved in this study.

Mr Madeux's treatment was to have happened a week earlier, but a small glitch prevented it.

He and his fiancee returned to Arizona, but nearly didn't make it back to Oakland in time for the second attempt because their Sunday flight was canceled and no others were available until Monday, after the treatment was to take place.

Scrambling, they finally got a flight to Monterey, California, and a car service took them just over 100 miles north to Oakland.

On Monday he had the three-hour infusion, surrounded by half a dozen doctors, nurses and others wearing head-to-toe protective garb to lower the risk of giving him any germs. His doctor, Harmatz, spent the night at the hospital to help ensure his patient stayed well.

"I'm nervous and excited," Mr Madeux said as he prepared to leave the hospital. "I've been waiting for this my whole life, something that can potentially cure me."

Ingredients — DNA


Some people wonder whether the vaccines made using human embryo cells (chickenpox, rubella, hepatitis A, one version of the polio vaccine used in some combination vaccines (Pentacel®, Quadracel®), and one version of the rabies vaccine) could cause harm if the DNA from the embryo cells “mixes” with the vaccine recipient’s DNA. This is not likely to happen:

·  Stability of DNA - Because DNA is not stable when exposed to certain chemicals, much of it is destroyed in the process of making the vaccine. Therefore, the amount of human DNA in the final vaccine preparation is minimal (trillionths of a gram) and highly fragmented. Because the DNA is fragmented, it cannot possibly create a whole protein that could be harmful.

·  Opportunity – DNA from the vaccine is not able to incorporate itself into cellular DNA. In fact, if this could be accomplished, gene therapy would be much easier than it has been.

The authors proposed a method for determining the quantity of residual host cell DNA regarding oncogenicity and infectivity. The authors created an equation to estimate the risk and applied that equation to a cell-based influenza vaccine manufactured using Madin Darby Canine Kidney (MDCK) cells. The author conducted a risk assessment on the WHO and FDA guidelines that recommended 10 ng/dose and 200 base pairs as the limits of residual DNA in the final biological product. The safety margin is defined as the number of doses needed to induce a cancer-causing or infective event in recipients. The author suggested that current safety margin estimates do not take into account DNA fractionation or DNA enzymatic inactivation. By incorporating the number of unfragmented potential cancer genes and accounting for DNA enzymatic inactivation, the author suggests that a more accurate safety margin can be calculated and that higher DNA content or base pair size would be acceptable.

Yang H, Zhang L, Galinski M. A probabilistic model for risk assessment of residual host cell DNA in biological products. Vaccine 2010;28:3308-3311.
The authors assessed the cancer-causing and infective potential of residual DNA from a cell-based live, attenuated influenza vaccine that is manufactured in Madin Darby Canine Kidney (MDCK) cells.  They determined that 230 billion doses of vaccine would need to be administered before a potential cancer gene dosage equivalent would be reached, and 83 trillion doses would need to be administered to induce an infective event.

Knezevic I, Stacey G, Petricciani J, et al. WHO Study Group on cell substrates for production of biologicals, Geneva, Switzerland, 11-12 June 2007. Biologicals 2008;36:203-211.
The WHO Expert Committee on Biological Standardization adopted requirements for the use of animal cells as substrates for the production of vaccines and other biologicals in 1996. In 2006, a WHO Study Group on Cell Substrates was formed to initiate revision of WHO requirements. In 2007, the Study Group agreed that data generated on the possibility of cancer or an infection caused by DNA in vaccines were important in defining potential risk for vaccine recipients. It was considered highly likely that reduction of DNA fragment size reduced the risk from DNA and increased the safety margin, as the smaller the DNA fragments, the lower the probability that intact oncogenes and other functional sequences would be present. Studies performed at the Center for Biological Evaluation and Research (CBER) suggest that DNA fragments smaller than 200 base pairs will give substantial safety margins for products that meet the 10 ng/dose limit. Therefore, the margin of safety for vaccines can be found in the high fragmentation, and therefore very small size, of DNA.

WHO requirements for the use of animal cells as in vitro substrates for the production of biologicals. Biologicals 1998;26:175-193. 
Cell lines of human (e.g., WI-38, MRC-5) or monkey (FRhL-2) origin are non-tumorigenic and residual cellular DNA derived from these cells has not been, and is not, considered to pose any risk. Continuous cell line (CCL) substrates of human origin such as HeLa cells (derived from cervical cancer cells) or Namalva cells (derived from Burkett’s lymphoma) could have the potential to confer the capacity for unregulated cell growth or tumorigenic activity upon other cells. Risk assessment based on an animal oncogene model suggested that in vivo exposure to 1 ng (one-billionth of a gram) of cellular DNA —where 100 copies of an activated cancer gene were present in the genome — could give rise to a cancer-causing event 1 per 1 billion recipients. The risk associated with residual CCL DNA in a product is negligible when the amount of such DNA is 100 pg (a picogram is one-trillionth of a gram), which is the current maximal amount of CCL DNA allowed by the FDA.

Wierenga DE, Cogan J, Petricciani JC. Administration of tumor cell chromatin to immunosuppressed and non-immunosuppressed non-human primates. Biologicals 1995;23:221-224.
The authors addressed the issue of how risky DNA may be as a residual impurity by injecting both normal and immunosuppressed monkeys with 100 million genome equivalents of DNA from a human tumor cell line that is one million times the DNA (1 mg) allowed by WHO in a single dose of biological product (100 pg). DNA from a human tumor, saline, or cyclosporine doses were administered intravenously, intramuscularly, or intracerebrally on either a daily, weekly or one-time basis. Animals were observed for 8 years, none of which showed any evidence of tumor formation.

In 1987, the WHO Study Group compiled a list of experiments in which DNA of tumor viruses or DNA of the corresponding cancer genes were injected into experimental animals to determine the amount required to induce tumors in half of those tested. In this study, the author compared that information with the recommended residual cellular DNA limits (100 pg) in CCL biological products. The author determined that the number of cancer genes in 100 picograms cellular DNA is less than one-billionth of the amount needed to induce tumors in experimental animals.

  The “5g” situation 


Despite the wireless industry’s claims that “wireless is safe” or that “we need more science”, the fact is the science is settled. Thousands of studies (see appendix) now indicate a harmful biological effect from EMF radiation. But the wireless industry has captured governing agencies and are fast-tracking deployments of 5G despite not having a shred of solid evidence of safety.

 Why? Because “tens of billions of dollars” in profits are to be reaped, just as FCC chair / industry lobbyist Tom Wheeler admitted in 2016. 

Under the guise of “faster downloads” and “ultraconnectivity”, an Internet of Things (IoT) is being deployed, which means the conversion of millions of utility poles next to our homes and schools to emitters of microwave- and millimeter-wave radiation. 

Upwards of 20,000 new satellites are also in the works, to integrate 5G in a global wireless tracking and surveillance system.

 Yes, this is a heavy topic. But it is one that we can solve.

 The Achilles heel of the 5G agenda is twofold: awareness reaching a critical mass, and liability. 
You see, insurance underwriters will not insure the wireless industry.

 Their “blanket immunity” is crumbling. 
And the long-term risk-assessment of 5G is “very high”, according to Swiss Re – a fortune 500 underwriter.

  1. from wireless to wired internet 
Thanks to people sharing information, and films like Generation Zapped and my Take Back Your Power documentary, there is fast-increasing awareness of the negative effects from wireless radiation. From Minimum, to Better, to Best, here’s how to minimize your wifi exposure. 


Turn off your wifi router at night. This is the most important time to reduce EMF. And keep track of how you and your family are feeling as a result! 

1. Physically unplug your router before bed. This can be simple, but also easy to forget. 

2. It’s a really good idea to use a plug-in power timer ($9). 3. Alternatively, login to your router & set a wireless time schedule.

 Other guides are on YouTube. M I N I M U M For any notebooks, make sure the power cord is grounded (has a 3-pronged plug). 

The newest MacBooks don’t have this grounded power cable. You will need to purchase it from Amazon, e.g. here. B E T T E R Permanently switch to wired internet (“ethernet”): Use shielded ethernet cables (with metal ends), together with grounded ethernet adapters (USB-to-ethernet | thunderbolt-toethernet | USB-C-to-ethernet), to connect your computers to your ethernet router. Then manually shut off wifi and Bluetooth on your computers. (For wired iPads & iPhones, see Section 2.) TURNING OFF THE WIFI If it isn’t easy to turn off your router’s wifi, call your ISP. If you have cable internet, you can buy your own “no-wifi” Surfboard modem, along with your own router with a wifi on/off button. SWITCHES Using a switch ($16) can be very handy. Think of it like a wired internet splicer – with one ethernet cable input and 4+ outputs. - SEE NEXT PAGE FOR THE 2 HOME WIRING OPTIONS -   

  TIP: Consider an EMF-Testing Meter 

OPTION 1: Direct ethernet cables Run long ethernet cables directly from your wired router to other rooms and through your attic, crawlspace and basement. 
OPTION 2: Use Multimedia Over Coaxial Alliance (MoCA) adapters MoCA 2.0 adapter s make a whole-home wired solution simple and cost-effective. MoCA uses your home's builtin coaxial cable TV network, so you can bring wired connectivity to each room with a cable TV jack -- without conflict to your cable TV service! Use these MoCA 2 adapters by Actiontec ($170 for set of 2) with this POE filter to keep your network secure. MoCA is safer, faster and more secure than wireless. And unlike Powerline adapters, MoCA does not produce dirty electricity. Put one adapter at your router & one in each room you want internet. Here’s a usage video. To implement, you can either DIY or contact a building biologist near you. B E S T For an economical wireless testing meter, we recommend the Safe and Sound RF Detector ($171 with coupon code TBYP-5), produced by Safe Living Technologies in Canada. If you don’t need the exact numbers, but instead just want to see (and hear!) if the wireless levels are “slight, moderate, high, or extreme” according to published science, then this is the product for you. B E S T We also recommend the Cornet ED88TPlus ($180 w/ free shipping), a “tri-field” device, which provides an accurate read on wireless (radiofrequency / “RF”), magetnetic (low frequency) and electric (extra low frequency) field strength. This has a “peak hold” feature which allows you to see the maximum RF levels – very useful for testing a pulsing ‘smart’ meter. And, the Cornet devices can also output sound in real-time, so you can see and hear the intensity of the radiation.

By default, these close-range radiation pulses go into your body, even in standby mode. Wherever possible, follow these three principles: reduce use, increase distance and favor hardwired connections. This means landline corded telephones, and hardwired “ethernet” connections to computers and cell phones

  Here are tips for safer use of your phone & iPad:

 Distance is your friend. Instead of holding your phone next to your head during a call, always use either “hands free” or a wired earpiece. Turn off Bluetooth and do not use a Bluetooth earpiece. Turn on Airplane Mode at night when you sleep & as much as possible during the daytime. Do not use the wifi feature unless necessary. Do not carry your phone on your person. 

M I N I M U M M I N I M U M B E T T E R

Most base stations emit harmful levels of radiation 24/7. M I N I M U M 2. USE YOUR CELL PHONE SAFELY Since 3G emits MUCH less radiation, use 3G instead of 4G/LTE, or 5G. On an iPhone, go to Settings> Cellular> Cellular Data Options> Enable LTE and select “Off”. And, turn off Cellular Data entirely if you can. B E T T E R 3G Blue-tube earpieces ($20-37) reduce cell phone radiation, as they remove any potential antenna effect up to your ear.  


  For reducing your body’s exposure from your cell phone’s EMF, try an EMF-blocking phone sleeve ($39+), with singlesided protection. Why is single-sided preferred? Three points: 1. It maintains your cell signal & connectivity, while protecting your body when, for example, it is in your pocket. 2. Cell phones are designed to increase their power output when the signal is lower. This means that when you have 0 or 1 bars of connectivity, your phone is emitting up to thousands of times more wireless radiation, as it tries to look for a signal. So in this case, not blocking the signal ironically is safer for exposure, while the “body-side” of the sleeve protects you somewhat. 3. With a better cell signal, your phone will save battery life significantly 

  You can now “wire” (plug in) your iPhone or iPad, using adapters. 

Here’s what you need: 
1. RJ45 Lightning to Ethernet Adapter ($40) 

2. Shielded ethernet cable (with metal ends, not plastic) Once connected, go into “Settings”, and the “Ethernet” menu item will appear. Ensure Airplane Mode is on, and wifi and Bluetooth are of course off. Use this solution combined with MOCA 2 technology (a fully “wired” home), for max benefit! 

Notes: 1) For Android phones with micro-USB, use this Plugable adaptor ($14). (Bear in mind, it is highly preferable to use a grounded ethernet adapter and shielded ethernet cable to avoid electric fields.) 2) For iPhones and iPads, most USB-ethernet adapters will get you onto the internet, but they won't protect you from electric fields, because they are not properly grounded. 

This can drain one’s vitality when holding the device. Also, recent versions of iPhones now have powered lightning ports, so you won't need external power to make this work. 3) With this solution, your phone will have high-speed internet connectivity, but not cell service. 
 So you may not receive incoming calls and texts. To solve this, try using apps which also work on your home computer, like Telegram or Voxer, and ask your contacts if they would do the same. This may also increase your productivity, collaboration and reduce emails. 4) Someone please invent an ethernet phone docking station - we will promote it!  

  3. go wired: your office & personal devices 
  Because they are often next to your skin, your computer’s peripherals, and “wearable” devices, are surprisingly HUGE sources of wireless radiation exposure. Carpal tunnel, joint inflammation, and other symptoms are at epidemic levels. And scientific studies indicate they are often reduced when you reduce microwave radiation exposure. (Remember, wiring and distance are your friends!) The good news is that these devices are generally inexpensive to replace with wired alternatives. Here’s how. Get a wired mouse. Examples are here. Then disable Bluetooth on your computer, which would otherwise continue to transmit even with a wired mouse plugged in. M I N I M U M Connect your printer to your computer with a USB printer cable (use a USB extension cable if necessary) or use an ethernet cable. Then disable the wifi on your printer. Notes: 1) See your printer’s manual (look it up online) to determine what type of USB cable you need. Here’s a standard printer USB cable which works for most. 2) On an HP, you may need to also disable the separate “HP Direct” wifi transmitter. B E T T E R 3. go wired: your office & personal devices Get a wired keyboard. Examples are here. As above, be sure to disable Bluetooth on your computer. M I N I M U M Do not use a wireless watch. 

These devices have clearly been shown to emit unacceptably high amounts of radiation directly on skin. They have often caused rashes in response to EMF radiation exposure.

  4. improve YOUR sleep, and your fertility 
  Men: Science shows that sperm counts are dropping rapidly, and that one of the primary causes is EMF radiation. So, protect not only “your boys”, but the women and kids in your life. Also, watch this Message to Dads About Wireless Safety. [ Women: sometimes us guys need some straight-talk. You don’t need extra encouragement to follow these tips… ] 
Unplug clocks and other powered devices at night - and move them away from sleeping locations. These emit a subtle magnetic field shown to effect biology. (And put phones in Airplane Mode at night!) M I N I M U M 

Do not use wireless baby monitors. These emit unacceptably high amounts of wireless radiation.

4. improve YOUR sleep, and your fertility Turn off breaker switches to bedroom circuits at night. Try this for a couple of weeks, then hire an electrician to install a set of contactors and remote switch to enable you to remotely shut off these circuits. Contact a Building Biologist for help, either in person or over the phone.  

  An EMF Blanket ($250+) on top of your comforter can help improve sleep by protecting you from wireless frequencies. There are Child-sized Blankets ($260), and Bed Canopies ($360+). 

For the best outcome, reduce electric fields by shutting off breakers and using blanket and bed canopy fabrics that you can ground with a plugto-gator patch cord ($9).

  1. Dirty Electricity 
Also known as voltage transients, “dirty electricity” (DE) affects our health by radiating electric and magnetic fields into rooms from harmonic frequencies above the standard 60 Hz cycle. Importantly, DE flows downstream and upstream on circuits from its source and can even hop from circuit to circuit within your house and come in from neighbor’s houses. An oscilloscope and/or spectrum analyzer is the most accurate way to identify DE levels. 2 The best whole-house DE mitigation system we have come across is the SineTamer, which installs at the power panel. This product indicates a superior reduction in DE, often utility bill savings, and often significant health improvements. See videos and testimonials. B E S T 5. OTHER EMF FIELDS: MAKING YOUR HOME SAFE Stetzer Electric and Greenwave offer plug-in filters, which help to reduce DE. To minimize a possible local magnetic field, be sure to check for wiring errors. B E T T E R Minimize your use of the following, which produce DE: dimmer switches, compact fluorescent lamps (CFLs), ‘smart’ meters, older LEDs and halogen fixtures, variable speed motors (such as energy-efficient furnaces), front-load washing machines, power tools, certain pool pumps, and all solar panel inverters. M I N I M U M For lighting, use incandescent, or new halogen incandescent light bulbs, which run straight off 120 volts and have no DE. Newer LEDs are also getting brighter, more affordable and cleaner (meaning, less DE). You can now even purchase “line-voltage” LEDs that run straight off 120 Volts. They don’t need a switched mode power supply, which causes DE. M I N I M U M If you plan to install solar panels, expect to have some DE. Sunny Boy/SMA inverters and micro-inverters such as Enphase reduce better than other brands, but they still leave some DE

  2. Magnetic and Electric Fields
 Magnetic fields, along with electric fields, are the two most overlooked, yet common and harmful, types of EMF that there are in everyone's home. They comprise a cornerstone of the service provided by Building Biologists. Remember, wireless-shielding paint and other materials do not block AC magnetic fields. Many of the tips in this section are more advanced and require professional assistance. Keep away from point sources of magnetic field exposure, such as transformers and motors. Fortunately, those fields drop off quickly, within a couple of feet or so. Distance is your friend when it comes to point source magnetic fields. M I N I M U M Using a Gauss meter, measure the level of AC magnetic fields in your home to determine where you exceed a safety threshold of 1.0 mG. Note: If the overhead or underground outside utility power lines cause magnetic fields inside your house well above 1.0 mG, work with a Building Biologist to see if the utility can find and fix a broken neutral on their power lines to one of the houses in the neighborhood. If not, you would need to consider relocating. B E T T E R Insert a TV cable isolation filter into incoming TV cables that carry current. B E T T E R Hire a Building Biologist to measure the level of AC magnetic fields in your home. If need be, they could also help an electrician and plumber fix wiring errors and electric current on your metal water service supply pipe that cause these magnetic fields.  


  If you live close to 4G cell towers or a new 4G/5G small cell antenna goes up near your house, shielding materials can play a vital role in helping to protect your home and family. These are also effective shielding options for reducing RF exposure from ‘smart’ meters, broadcast towers, and your neighbor’s wifi and other emissions. Incoming RF radiation can be shielded by various materials, depending upon frequency. 
Refuse or opt-out of your electric, water and gas utility’s ‘smart’ meter program, if possible. If not, shield your meters with a ‘smart’ meter guard, such as from here or here. You can also use creative wall shielding such as this or this. 

To shield from 4G and 5G cell signals in the low- to mid- cell phone band (below 6 GHz), wifi, ‘smart’ meters and neighbor’s routers and other emissions, these methods are effective: • RF-shielding paints (Y-Shield, CuPro-Cote, Ecos, and Air Pure) • copper mesh, aluminum mesh & aluminum building foil • most wireless-shielding fabrics Note: Copper, aluminum mesh, and most fabrics unfortunately lose their effectiveness above 12-18 GHz, which means they won't be helpful to protect from 5G signals in the 24, 28 and 39 GHz range. B E T T E R For the above-20 GHz wave 5G high-band (i.e. the millimeter wave spectrum), the only effective shielding measures will be the paints and aluminum building foil listed above. B E S T Windows will need either transparent window film, metalmesh insect screen, or fabric curtains, such as VeilShield or a combination of these products. Use your EMF meter to measure before and after you apply shielding. Contact a Building Biologist to help design your shielding project.

  This document is produced with thanks to the Building Biology Institute, and in collaboration with Oram Miller, BBEC, EMRS, a Certified Building Biology Environmental Consultant and Electromagnetic Radiation Specialist based in Los Angeles, California. The area of EMF science has been studied exhaustively. 

The industry’s standard claim of “we need more studies,” – a tactic employed with smoking, asbestos, lead, DDT, etc – no longer has any validity whatsoever. The vast majority of independent studies show a negative biological effect.

 And most studies that do not show effect are industry-funded. In May 2011, the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) of the World Health Organization classified radiofrequency radiation (i.e. wireless EMF) as a Group 2b Potential Carcinogen.

 In my view, after being exposed to the body of peer-reviewed science and receiving literally thousands of emails of men, women and children suffering very real harm, wireless EMF needs to now be recognized as a Group 1 Carcinogen, with immediate action taken and enforced accordingly.

even if a few people were infected with a man made  so called Covid-19 Coronavirus
it would have to be a mass infection all over the world done in a very short time-frame..
 So there has to be something else in the air or atmosphere or something else causing all this
it seems that the causes of all this could be a combination of the following:

which have a worse effect on people who have weak immune systems and have other illnesses ...

2. People who have died from other diseases and illnesses, however falsely stated on the death certificates as having died
from the “so called Covid_19 Coronavirus”
 …….as the Dr Rachid Buttar other doctors that have spoken out against the
official view stated that just because a person tested positive of the  “so called Covid_19 Coronavirus”...
just before they died, does not in any way mean that they died of the  “so called Covid_19 Coronavirus”


3. The health effects of 4G, 5G and 6G Microwave radio radar technology which among other things robs oxygen from the human body 

and may well have a much worse health effect against people who have week immune systems and have other illnesses ...
many having week immune systems because of the prescribed drugs and bad processed food they have been consuming

4. People who have died because of the wrong medical protocols and treatment such as 80% of people dying on ventilators
for many reasons including the ventilators (where one is completely sedated and put to sleep)
were the wrong treatment with people only needed extra oxygen with 
an oxygen mask from an oxygen tank ( I collapsed 10 years ago and  was taken to hospital and it turned out In have low
oxygen in the blood and all they did was to place me onto an oxygen mask for 24 hours which got my blood -oxygen level
back up to a safe normal level ... I was not put on a ventilator)
.... also the ventilators have had too high pressure set on them so they blow punctures in what were healthy lungs

5. A man made Coronavirus which has been injected to used in other ways to infect people

6. They may have used the Coronavirus Pandemic as an excuse to inject old ad sick people with a drug they kills them through 
as heart attack etc and as there are no autopsy done because of the claimed risk of being infected
people are just put in a back and buried ...
